| This pump is self priming but can not operate dry. The impeller is neoprene and will not last if run without fluid. Orchem strongly recommends the use of the flow switch which will deactivate the unit if the tank runs dry. | ||
ATOMIZATION/DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
| The Orchem OPS spraying system is an indoor/outdoor system designed to atomize odor control products. The OPS units are ideal for applications where the product being applied must be fed through a series of spray nozzles such as conveyors, presses, sludge trailers or around the perimeter or across the openings of tanks. This system utilizes percentage and frequency timers which makes it possible to operate over a wide range of varying parameters. The OPS unit also offers an AUTO START button which allows the operator to add additional products to the process if necessary. OPS is easy to operate and is very inexpensive. It is light, compact and can be mounted to a wall for convenient accessible operation. System is shipped ready to operate. |
